a. If you wish to use a proxy for transactions, you must be willing to pay their respective fees. The Service reserves the right to select the proxy for the transaction.
b. When ordering from abroad, it is your responsibility to be aware of your country's laws and regulations regarding imports, including potential tariffs or the risk of seizure.
c. In the event of unexpected scenarios such as, but not limited to, lost packages in transit, unethical sellers, packages that never arrive, or damaged items in transit, the Service will, upon request, act on behalf of the buyer to seek a refund from the provider of the goods or services. After receiving the refund from the retailer, the Service will transfer the refunded amount back to the purchaser. Only the price of the product or service (including taxes and shipping, if applicable) will be refunded, using the same Monero exchange rate at the time of purchase. The Service fee and any exchange rate fees charged by banks involved in the transaction will not be refunded.
d. The Service will provide support to the best of its ability and may assist with exchanges for products similar to the one previously purchased.
e. Processing times may vary depending on the order size, price, client location, and product availability.
f. Transit times may be affected by weather or other unforeseen factors.
g. The Service will not accept orders for unethical products, services, or themes.
