- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese 27 months old
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 12 years ripened
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Typical Emilia-Romagna semi-cured sausage
- Risotto with truffle
- Bronze die cut pasta from the mountains
- Wild boar pasta sauce
- Salty snacks
- Almond biscuits
- Chocolate with pistacchios
- And a little surpise
ALL products are artisanal made by local manufacturers in the Emilia-Romagna region, Italy's fine food valley.
Only the olive oil is from Sicily, but it's one of the best and I personally know this producer for years.
NOTES
- Order and payment to be received before Sunday December 7, 23:00 CET if you wish your ITALIAN XMRBAZAAR CHRISTMAS HAMPER to be delivered before Christmas.
- Anonymous delivery is possible. Please notify upon ordering and inform on a UPS Access Point that you wish to use and what delivery instructions need to be on the shipping label.

- Once opened, remove the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese from the plastic vacuum. For storage after use, wrap the cheese in the special cheese paper that is shipped with the cheese and place it in the center of our fridge.
- Do not throw the rind of the Parmigiano Reggiano. It is an all natural rind and you can use it in soups and stews. See my FAQ listing here on XMR Bazaar.
- The skin of the 'salami' is natural but not edible. For storage after use, wrap the 'salami' in kitchen paper and cover the cut end with plastic kitchen foil, never aluminium. The 'salami' has to breath in your fridge just as the cheese, the cut end has lost its natural protection so there you want to cover it with plastic transparant kitchen foil.
- Balsamic vinegar does not need cold storage. Your kitchen cupboard is fine. It will never spoil, it lasts a lifetime.
