General infos:
Comfortable 100sqm apartment in via Fabrizio Luscino, 19B, in Rome, with 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out). It also has a nice balcony of which, unfortunately, I could not attach photos due to the limit imposed by the site

Including tools:
In the living room you can find a spacious sofa; for cooking there are cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans and oven; there is a dishwasher too.
There is also wifi, heating, air conditioning and a washing machine.

Price:
The price is 1800€ per month for long-term rental (from 2 months), which include wifi, electricity, water and gas. To prevent any unpaid damages, a deposit of € 350 is also required which will be returned to the customer once the rental period has ended.
The first two months of rent must be delivered earlier together with the deposit.
