Description

You would be renting a furnished twenty foot camper on our property out by Delta Park in NE Portland, Oregon, with convenient access to I-5 as well as Marine Drive and the Columbia river. It will become available on the first of March. Public transportation is accessible as well, there is a 6 bus stop within a ten minute walk and it runs quite often. The yellow line MAX is a mile away. The camper is older but it is clean and you have access to electricity and high speed internet. No dogs are being accepted at this time. Other animals will be considered on a case by case basis. Rent is $525 a month, a refundable security deposit is $525, and both are payable with Monero, Bitcoin, or Cash. Utilities and internet are not included in the rent and run about 140 bucks a month on average for everything.

Renting the camper includes access to the house's bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living areas, and yard. Off street parking is available, we have a slightly intimidating driveway and we have never had a car get broken into or stolen while parked in our driveway (knock on wood!). The place has a farm-like atmosphere, we have an acre of land so if you like to garden you can. We do have some cats, a small dog, and chickens as well as the occasional wildlife visitors such as skunks, raccoons, rabbits, moles, deer, coyotes, etc.

We have a good group of people here who respect each other and like to live a drama free lifestyle. Some people who move to the property are just looking for a temporary place to land when they move to town or when they are in between places, others are looking for somewhere to live long term that's inexpensive. If you want to be social that's fine, if you want to be left alone that's fine as well. We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, has good common sense, and knows how to communicate. Other then that we don't care who you are. We do ask for references and conduct a background check. *I will respect your privacy, no personal or payment information will be shared with any third parties and if you would like to use an alias with the other tenants on the property that is fine with me.

If you are interested please contact us and we can set up a showing/interview or we can answer any intial questions you may have over email, and then usually we like to do either a video call or a good ol' fashioned phone call first and then if that goes well, set up an in person showing. For people coming from out of town, we can do virtual showings as well.
