MOLLE Placard Mounting Panel
Description
This attaches to a MOLLE surface to allow the attachment of a placard (which mounts onto velcro) for fast swapping of loadouts or for use to convert a concealment vest into an overt vest while in combat.
Can also be used to attach to backpacks in order to mount ID patches, or drones for quick deployment.
OD Green MOPC vest is not included.
