This service is intended for small, non-fragile items that fit securely in a backpack or messenger bag. Items must be properly packaged by the sender prior to pickup.
I am not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging, normal transit vibrations, weather exposure, or unforeseen road conditions.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond my control. No insurance is provided unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
I operate as an independent, non-affiliated courier. I do not transport illegal, hazardous, prohibited, or controlled items, including but not limited to drugs, firearms, weapons, explosives, cash over $5,000, or restricted medical materials.
If a delivery cannot be completed after pickup due to an issue on my end, I will make reasonable efforts to return the item to the original pickup location.
If return is not possible due to timing, access, or client availability, the item will be held temporarily for coordinated return or pickup. I am not responsible for loss or damage beyond the original service scope.
Return delivery fees may apply unless the failure was solely due to my error.
