The review is not fair at all. Let me elaborate.
1) Within ten minutes after I received the complaint I messaged the buyer that I was looking into the issue
2) Even before I was able to say something, the buyer started insulting me saying "Bloddy asterd benchod account doesnt exist!", "You bloody basterd b*tch"
3) AFTER I told them I was investigating the issue, I received the following message: "I will make you spaghetti dumb f*ck"
4) Despite the insults, I kept being professional not allowing myself to respond with insults telling the buyer I needed some time to sort everything out
5) For some reason the buyer started demanding an account with an animated profile picture, even though it was not mentioned in the listing nor in the DMs
6) After receiving another threat stating "they would make me spaghetti if I skemed them" (original grammar preserved), I decided to refund them
7) My refund offer was not accepted and the buyer decided to leave a rather negative and even insulting review stating I was a "skemmer" and a "bloddy basterd"
8) Even after everything that was said by the buyer, when I found a working replacement, I offered them to use it instead in exchange of removing the review and... I was just ignored and never received a message from the buyer ever since
Personal conclusion: the buyer is mentally unstable, angry, aggressive and uncooperative. Working with them brings high risks. Do not recommend working with them.
I've had an issue with a different order before and was able to successfully and pretty quickly fix and compensate it with no negative feedback, but in this case the buyer themself was not willing to resolve the issue.
P.S. Despite everything, I'm still willing to refund you. Write me when you're in the right state of the mind for an adequate dialogue.
