They say that people from Iceland are calm and always keep overview. Well, it was needed with this particular order. Due to circumstances totally out of sellers' or buyers' control the order took almost 4 weeks to arrive. No tracking app could find the parcel for weeks. But all this time the seller remained calm hoping that things would sort out for the best. Good communication is always key, but is mandatory in difficult situations.
