Peptides are not banned substances like methadone and similar, the references you shared are regulatory warnings and guidance, not legal prohibitions. Douglas_Tuman, the owner of this platform, has encouraged peptide and biohacking sellers to list their products here (see: https://x.com/DouglasTuman/status/1885104887295340979). It would be inconsistent and unprofessional to restrict them now after that encouragement.

However much I love Flock vandalism, there is a substantial likelihood that this equipment was not lawfully obtained. Flock Safety operates on a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) model where they retain ownership of their physical hardware and strictly prohibit unauthorized transfer. Consequently, a legitimate secondary market for these devices is virtually nonexistent, and the units are unusable without authorized cloud access.

Furthermore, the seller's profile explicitly states they "clean up these AI-powered surveillance devices" and jokes about "showing crackheads how much copper is in Flock cameras." This heavily implies the equipment was removed from active field installations.

While not a %100 conclusive admission of theft, there are few plausible innocent explanations for the provenance of these devices. This creates a high probability that the listing violates the Terms of Service prohibitions against:

What is being sold: The vendor is not shipping physical fake notes. It is selling downloadable high-resolution digital images of genuine circulating banknotes, one file per denomination, each described as "High Resolution," across three currencies. Under the reproduction law of each issuing authority, the image file itself is a regulated reproduction, and the way these are specified and sold places them outside every lawful-reproduction exemption. Their sale is therefore illegal on the face of the listing, independent of whether any buyer ever prints a note.

Why the "prop money" framing does not hold: Every issuer permits reproductions and images for legitimate uses (film, education, advertising) only where the image is deliberately non-deceptive. For electronic images the published conditions are materially the same across all three currencies: the image must be resized well away from real dimensions (in every case smaller than three-quarters actual size, never 1:1), capped at a resolution of 72 dpi at 100% viewing size, and (for the euro and the pound) carry a bold "SPECIMEN" overlay and be one-sided. A compliant prop or novelty image is by design low-resolution and wrong-sized precisely so it cannot be printed and passed. These listings advertise the opposite. Full-denomination, single-note images marketed as "High Resolution," with no SPECIMEN marking and no resizing, fail the one attribute a lawful reproduction must have. The resolution is not incidental: it is the specific feature that makes the file usable to print passable currency, and it is the feature each issuer's rules prohibit. That is what distinguishes a counterfeiting production file from prop money, and these are the former.

Legal basis, per currency:

- Euro (5/10/20/50). ECB Decision ECB/2013/10, Article 2. "Reproduction" expressly includes any tangible or intangible image using all or part of a euro banknote, so the image file is squarely covered. Reproductions the public might mistake for genuine are unlawful, and for non-compliant reproductions the production, possession, transportation, dissemination, selling, promotion, and import into the EU are all prohibited. Lawful electronic reproductions must not exceed 72 dpi at 100% size and must carry a SPECIMEN overlay, or be resized to at least 125% or at most 75% of real dimensions. The ECB specifically regulates intangible reproductions distributed via websites because printouts of them could be mistaken for genuine notes, which is exactly this business model. High-resolution actual-size euro images meet none of the exemptions.

- British pound (10). Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981, s.18(1). Reproducing any British currency note or any part, on any substance and whether or not to the correct scale, without the Bank of England's prior written consent is an offence (maximum 10 years). The Bank restricts physical and digital images alike; its consent conditions require reproductions to be one-sided and at least 25% smaller or larger than a genuine note, and it states expressly that items labelled "Movie," "Prop," or "Training" are not exempt if they fail those conditions and may be treated as counterfeit. These images fail the conditions.

- Australian dollar (20). Crimes (Currency) Act 1981 (Cth). The Act prohibits reproductions or representations of banknotes that might mislead people into believing they are genuine. The RBA's consent conditions for electronic images require the image, viewed at 100% size, to be less than three-quarters the dimensions of the genuine note and no more than 72 dpi. A high-resolution actual-size image satisfies neither. The Act separately criminalises possessing materials intended for use in connection with counterfeiting, and it applies to foreign as well as domestic currency.

This is my appeal to my listings keep getting deleted.
Notification suggests it is deleted by the admin, wording sounds unambiguous to me. Consider tagging automated deletions in some other way to remove ambiguity if some of these are truly automatic.

Also after the listings are deleted, it says "Listing is deactivated, please contact support"
Which I did.
"please contact support" is suggestive of direct message, it does not say "All reports and appeals must be submitted publicly" on that screen. Which is the second part of the rule I recently received on another post. This requirement of attaching couple of rules to reach to the final form of the rule is confusing.

I do not live in regions like Germany, Austria, France, Poland and others the location is USA.
I fail to see any rule I break according to your terms of service.
Where I live, possession and sale of these sort of items is %100 legal.

If allowed, please reinstate my listings.
Otherwise, please provide guidance about acceptance of these types of goods on the platform.
I have couple of these types of items that came to my possession without my request. I am trying to liquidate.
This is not ideological, more like spring cleaning.

User is begging/spamming trollbox w/ absolute nonsense and their XMR address in hopes somebody sends them something. they admit they're scammers and that seems to be their sole reason to exist on the platform, and scam.

Currently maybe 1/3-1/4 (guess/estimation) of trollbox's history is full of this spammer's nonsense.
I'm checking trollbox to see discussions and answer questions of people, for many days now I'm having to see this spammer's relentless spam and nonsense, degrading experience for everyone. They don't give up, they do this (I think) daily for a while now, I kept seeing their spam for more than a couple of days now, I don't have evidence of prior days.
Other people complain of this user in trollbox as well, then the user proceeds on long rants and attacks on whoever is complaining.
This user adds nothing to the platform, but is persistently degrading the experience for everyone on the trollbox, therefore I believe is violating ToS.

Both were reported twice. Both were restored twice. Both remain listed.

How Flock cameras actually get removed

Flock retains ownership of its deployed hardware and installs and maintains the cameras for its customers, which include neighborhoods, cities, counties, and businesses. When a customer ends its service, removal is handled through the customer/Flock relationship, rather than by hiring an anonymous third-party crew to destroy the hardware.

That is materially different from paying an anonymous crew in XMR to travel across America and requiring before-and-after photographs of the hardware as a condition of payment. The latter is explicitly structured as a destruction bounty.

What happens to people who do it the way these listings describe

Aug 15, Chester County SC: three 19 year olds charged with criminal conspiracy and malicious injury to property for cutting down and burning two cameras belonging to the Sheriff's Office. Over $5,000 damage. Reported Aug 26 and 27, the same days Flock Knock went up.
Aug 20, Oviedo FL: a man charged with three felonies, attempted larceny, criminal mischief over $1,000, and property crimes against computer equipment, for smashing a camera that was a 3D printed decoy police had put up specifically to catch Flock vandals.
Suffolk VA: a man charged with 13 counts of destruction of property, 6 of petit larceny, 6 of possession of burglary tools.

Police are dedicating resources to this specifically. Oviedo PD 3D printed a decoy camera, put it where real ones had gone missing, and arrested a man who smashed it, now facing three felonies over a few dollars of plastic. Meanwhile the bounty listing asks workers to send a stranger dated before and after photos of the hardware they destroyed, as a condition of payment. That is a written record of the offense, created on purpose, held by someone they have never met.

Printed on both of those listing pages, directly under the descriptions, is this platform's own Legal Notice:

"Listings involving fraud, violence, child exploitation, or other clearly illegal goods or services are strictly prohibited and will be removed once identified."

1. Destruction of third party hardware for hire is not a "clearly illegal service" under the Legal Notice. If that is the answer, what would qualify?

2. It is, but under #1952 the platform does not act on it. If that is the answer, then #1938's “every report is reviewed and high-risk listings are removed” does not appear to describe how these reports are handled, and the report mechanism does not necessarily produce the action described in #1938.

3. These were assessed and found not to be high-risk. If that is the answer, what is the threshold, given that people were being charged with felonies for this exact conduct in the same weeks the listings were published?

As long as unreasonable search and seizure is illegal under the Fourth Amendment, the Flock listings stay. No official request, no removal. People take risky jobs all the time including cutting down trees that can fall and kill them. The people posting these listings can assess that risk themselves.
