Two different ageings available at the moment
24 months aged, ~1000 grams, vacuum sealed = 0.145 XMR
Sligthly crumbly, grainy texture, perfect balance between sweet and savoury
Goes well with all your recipes, perfect for grating on pasta
30+ months aged, ~1000 grams, vacuum sealed = 0.16 XMR
Crumbly, more intense yet balanced flavour, captivating and persistent aroma
Perfect for all kinds of dishes, as well as on its own as an aperitif with some honey or a few drops of balsamic vinegar
Weight may vary slightly, all pieces are hand cut and often a bit more than 1000 grams
Minimum order qualtity 2 pieces of ~1000 grams
Please note you can keep vacuumed Parmigiano Reggiano in your refrigerator for many months
