Description

I know it can be difficult to setup remote access for elderly parents. This service would be me showing up and configuring your remote access program, recording the entire interaction. You and I could even setup a call on Signal or Matrix. I would just setup your preferred remote access program so you can assist them as you see fit. I could also fix their issues, but I know you likely want to do things as you see fit not as another techy guy would see fit.

I can also extend this to joining them at a cell carrier/tech store to make sure they're not taken advantage of. I can also setup and configuring their TV/entertainment system and explain the remotes to them and you.

I would be able to setup in SW FL for a higher fee. I could try The Villages, but that would likely be cost prohibitive.

I realize this is a lot of trust and I'm a new account right now. We can work out a way to do this with more trust if you have any suggestions. I'm willing to do some "KYC" within reason, again for trust.
