Should it happen you get kicked from the family, just go to the same website, renew your key, enter a your old email and password, and a new email and password. The system will automatically create the new accoount, move all your playlists, liked songs and such over to your new account. It is recommended to change your password after this :)
I personally have 6 active keys, which i have only had a couple of hiccups where i had to do anything. The oldest account has had premium for well over 4 years.
