Secure document destruction and disposal | hablo español
Description
Send me your paper materials (non poly-coated paper or cardboard) to be destroyed (pulped). Any paper will work. Plastic (or other materials) will not work with my system, so do not send me any. Paper sent to me will be destroyed the same day I receive it.
The process:
1- In order to securely transport your paper materials to me, they should be shipped USPS Registered Mail or similar, in a tamper-evident packaging of your choice. Once received, I will check tamper indicators to determine if your package was received intact. I will inform you of the condition of tamper indicators upon receipt, either way.
2-Materials will now be torn into smaller pieces, combined with water, then blended to a pulp in a restaurant-grade blender (2 horsepower Vita-mix), and discarded with regular trash. Paper usually takes about 15 seconds per batch to become unrecognizable homogenized pulp when processed (process will be extended if more pulping is needed).
3- If you require proof that your materials were destroyed as agreed, I can, upon request only, record and provide a video of your materials being destroyed. This won't really prove anything, and I do not recommend this option, but other secure document destroyers offer this, so I will as well.
