Service is available for Direct Pay only, But if and only if (iff) the Server (Mr Monero Man) has a regional Proxy agent in region, and within a close enough distance. If all requirements are met, then and only then will the service be available to you, as the Server (Mr_Monero_Man) needs to be able to find some one to withdraw in your country.
Aw = The amount you wish to withdraw (equivalent to R 2000 ≤ Aw ≤ R 5000)
cost = fee + cover_cost + Aw
(cover_cost is NON-NEGOTIABLE, and determined by the currency and process,this is separate from the fee. Do not ask for alternative arrangements, go to a different service if you have problems with it)
