Custom Rust-Based Web Scrapers & Data Extraction

Description

I design and build custom web scrapers in Rust for reliable, repeatable data extraction from publicly accessible websites. This service is intended for buyers who need robust, maintainable scrapers rather than brittle one-off scripts.

Scrapers are delivered as standalone binaries or containers that you run and control yourself. I do not operate scrapers on your behalf unless explicitly agreed.

All work is non-custodial. I do not retain scraped data, credentials, or logs after delivery.

What’s included: Custom Rust scraper tailored to your target sites; robust HTTP handling with retries, backoff, and timeouts; HTML or JSON parsing using selectors or APIs; rate limiting and polite crawl behavior; structured output formats such as JSON, CSV, or SQLite (other databases on request); reproducible builds; usage and handoff documentation.

Supported use cases: Market or price monitoring; research and competitive analysis; public data aggregation; change detection and alerts; archival or snapshotting; internal data feeds.

Optional add-ons (by request): Headless browser integration where lawful; anti-fragile selector strategies; proxy or IP rotation support using buyer-supplied access; scheduling and deployment guidance; incremental crawling and diffing.

Requirements: Target URLs and data fields; expected run frequency; desired output format; confirmation that the use case targets publicly accessible content and complies with applicable laws and site policies.

Warranty: 30-day post-delivery warranty covering defects in scraper logic or configuration directly related to the delivered work. This warranty does not cover target site changes, access restrictions, CAPTCHAs, ToS changes, or third-party blocking.

Important notes: This service does not include credentialed scraping, CAPTCHA bypassing, account access, or ToS-violating automation. Requests must be lawful and target public content only.
