Description
Hello, i'm the maintainer of the new Darknet called "Datura Network", which will compete against Tor and I2P. We're going to implement every feature that needs to be implemented to uphold bi-directional anonymity on the IP layer in 2025 onwards.

Currently the project is still in it's planning and brainstorming phase. So right now we're offering payments for whoever can help us write the proof of concepts for the key features of the network in Rust.

WARNING: you are supposed to be well-versed in writing rust projects, ideally with a background on rust applied onto networking specifically.
Once all of the proof of concepts will be written we're going to be able to fully plan the project and effectively build this network from scratch. The proof of concepts are basically helping us see more clearly what's possible and what's not possible for the time being.
