IMPORTANT: Telegram and other messaging apps will refuse to send SMS on third party apps or non-standard devices (eg, devices running GrapheneOS), this also applies for emulators, so if you are not reciving the SMS (this drove me crazy on my on real number for months), use a non rooted, stock app device.
