This listing is for a 46-inch replica bat'leth, designed exclusively for prop use and not intended for mock combat.

Unlike other replicas which use a soft, low quality steel, I focus on high quality. All my Star Trek replicas are heat treated and hardened by professional sword-smiths and made of high quality iron.

Choose between plain or etched bat'leth.

This bat'leth was shaped in a coal-fired forge. The unique finish comes from quenching the blade in water while holding it upside down, allowing the water to drip through coal soot and create distinctive watermark patterns on the blade. The handles are wrapped in multiple layers of soft black vinyl. Although the blade is not sharp, it has been polished to give it a sharp appearance.

Measuring 46 inches at its longest point and weighing 3 kg, this bat'leth is a true steel replica.
