1- It`s 1.000 kilometers from Buenos Aires. It`s located in the heart of the Southern Cone, a strategic location for reaching markets like Paraguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina, of course. 2- There`s a good reception toward gringos and foreigners in general. 3- They can own land here, except in rural areas within a 150-kilometer radius, but the law doesn`t apply to urban areas. More and more foreign investors are investing here.
Parece estar bastante lejos de Buenos Aires. ¿Qué opinan los locales de los gringos? ¿Pueden los extranjeros poseer tierras en Argentina? Normalmente me llevo bien con la gente, pero ya sabes cómo pueden ir las cosas.
The land is not sectored, it is a single formation so to speak. It has the advantage of having an important water channel in the province to the north and its water comes from Bañado la Estrella. This wetland is one of the 7 natural wonders of Argentina and is the second largest wetland in the country. Electrical energy is currently expanding there. The place is special for raising livestock, gardening, venturing into coal and brick making, making hiking trails or even camping/glamping. Or if you want to lead a quieter life, you make your house or bunker and enjoy the relaxing nature of the place. Drinking water has not yet arrived. It is not in a flood zone, but a part near the canal occasionally floods due to its overflow.
