This guy had good reviews. Gave me a trial account which no longer works as intended. Did not confirm payment when payment can easily be verified. Is not responding to messages. Do I cancel order? What good would that do. Do you have a means to talk to vendors and get them to front up?

Personally I can only vouch for myself but, for my personal experience with his service, the guy just has so much on his hands and doesn't know how to manage his service efficiently. His delivery times are long but he delivers. He was offline for a couple of days, doesn't mean he scammed you....

For maximum transparency and user safety, all discussions of this incident, the scam, the extortion attempt, or ANY similar cases involving harm to platform users or the platform itself MUST take place publicly in this thread only: no private messages or off-site negotiations will be engaged!
