I was active on LocalMonero as a vendor:

You send Bitcoin over Lightning and receive Monero, or vice versa.
I send you a zero-amount Lightning invoice, you pay the Lightning invoice, and you receive the Monero.
Lightning invoices I send have 1 hour expiration timer. Make sure you're ready to pay them when you request.
My trade finalization time on LocalMonero was 4 minutes, for reference.

Lightning to Monero and vice versa isn't a common offering, though people still send me Bitcoin over Lightning from their Cash App to this day. In fact, about half of the conversions I make for people are Lightning; the other half are online fiat transfers.

Initially, people asked if they could send over Lightning from their Cash App accounts to for anonymity, so I adapted. I'm running my own Lightning node.
Lightning network uses onion routing, so, I don't see who's sending me Bitcoin over it.
It's not %100 private, but it's also very hard to trace payments on Lightning unless you're controlling key nodes on it.
I thought I'd see if there is any interest in it here as well.
