Xennial Management Resources provides an Oregon based acquisition proxy service for your company. For a small fee, you may register as a private member in our warehouse services program, claiming privacy and a sales-tax free destination of your purchases. This service allows you to purchase goods or services from sellers globally and arrange for pickup or delivery coordination by your chosen carrier. Our warehouse and logistics service accepts Monero (XMR) for this service.

Our organization is not a retailer of the goods or services — Our warehouse service acts strictly as a logistics tool or agent on your behalf. Title and ownership of the goods transfer directly from the original seller to you or your organization. Our shipping dock serves as an Oregon-based (0% sales tax) M-F 8a-6p shipping dock, logistics, staging and storage service.

Fees

Lifetime Membership $20 = You receive a shipping address in Oregon, a logistics dashboard, and a member identifier for tracking your account balances and your goods.

5'x4' Pallet storage (Or 20> square foot equivalent) $15 per week per pallet (1 week minimum)

Handling fees for loading equipment $40 per Bill of Lading provided and processed.

For example:
A pallet of widgets received by our warehouse and shipped next day by your BoL would be $55 total.
A tractor (4 pallets equivalent) received by our warehouse and shipped 10 days later would be $160 total.
Two pallets of feathers received by our warehouse and shipped 15 days later would be $130 total.
One pallet of anvils stored for 10 days and one pallet of lead ingots stored for 1 day, shipped together would be $85 total.

Weight is irrelevant, services are calculated by square footage of storage in one week intervals. Warehouse is temperature controlled at 60-80F. No refrigeration services are implied and we are not responsible for perishable items, for example, don't send a pallet of bananas and expect insurance to pay for brown bananas.

Payments for storage and handling are required prior to equipment disbursement. Non-payment after 90 days will result in impoundment of goods. Payment for service fees is made in Monero (XMR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Please include your customer identifier in the tx_extra section of your XMR transaction for proper identification.


Important Considerations!

Mediation:
If you wish to use a mediator for a transaction, all associated fees will be your responsibility. I may agree to mediation provided that I retain the right to select the mediator.

Customs and Import Compliance:
You are solely responsible for complying with the import laws, tariffs, duties, and restrictions of your jurisdiction. Customs authorities may inspect, delay, impose additional charges, or seize shipments. I cannot be held liable for such actions or outcomes.

Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items:
In the event that items are lost, damaged, or not delivered by the original seller, I will coordinate proof of delivery quality on your behalf. Our service fees are non-refundable, but if your product is damaged on arrival, you will only incur a negligible fee for disposal and will be coordinated on a case-by-case scenario.

Processing and Transit Times:
Processing times vary based on order size and client location. Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond my control.

Service Restrictions:
I do not provide services for prohibited, unlawful, or unethical goods or services. Please do not send stinky perishable products, such as marijuana or other illicit substances.

Payment Confirmations:
For security purposes, I may require up to twenty-one (21) block confirmations on the Monero blockchain before beginning order processing.
