The credentials attached to the account can be changed or migrated to the customer depending on the procedure applied by the service itself - the transfer and security of the email, virtual number and 2FA will be performed with my assistance.
After the account is delivered to the customer, I won't be responsible for any use made - therefore I won't be able to help or provide warranty after a freeze or compliance request.
