The apartment is located in an ugly brutalist concrete building but has a very nice and cozy atmosphere and is situated in a prime location of Edinburgh Old Town, literally five minutes from Arthur's Seat, etc. It is the perfect place to explore Edinburgh's attractions conveniently within walking distance while having a comfy and quiet base to come home to and relax. The apartment accommodates up to four friends or family sharing the space in comfort and comes with everything you need for a great stay:

⦁ Two large and quiet double bedrooms with super comfy double beds:

⦁ The apartment is professionally cleaned and comes with everything you need for a great stay in maximum comfort and privacy


IMPORTANT:

Our rates are roughly 0.91 XMR per night depending on the date and length of stay. Just message us with the dates for which you want to book and we'll make sure that the apartment is still available and get back to you with the best rate for your stay (we aim to be at least 30% below local hotel or exploitairBnB rates). You can then either pay for your entire stay (we offer discounts for longer stays and will adjust the rate accordingly) or for a day at the time. In case you prefer escrow, just let us know and we are happy to enable it.

Upon receipt of your payment, we'll send you our address, directions how to best get here and the lockbox code that will be active during your stay. Check-in is any time after 4pm and check-out is no later than 10am. No smoking indoors. Pets are welcome.
