I do provide warranty for non working keys. No warranty for no restocks for extended periods (very rare). If you cant get it to work, i will try and you can change password afterwards. I will continue to provide support for as long as you need, and i can contact the developer if needed.
Should it happen you get kicked from the family, just go to the same website, renew your key, enter your old email and password, and a new email and password. The system will automatically create the new accoount, move all your playlists, liked songs and such over to your new account. It is recommended to change your password after this :)
I personally have 7 active keys, some going for 2 years with no problems :)
