cypherpink finally got the bank statements. Your refund is on there.
Tim Visee Mozilla Send instances: github.com/timvisee/send-instances/
send.cyberjake.xyz/download/05ba415f231fe82f/#sYypldsoWEqblKG74Ylm8g (up for 30 days)
Not sure how it was credited 1 day after your refund was issued, or if they credited after the account got closed somehow (even if they said they don't do that), but it did. I couldn't know until I was to get the statements.
ALL I ASKED YOU TO DO, IS TO WAIT for me to get these. At least you could've do after you messed it up. I didn't ask you a fee or any other bullshit you made up. Even after you told me to give you 650$ and for me to keep 200$ I ASKED YOU ONCE AGAIN TO PLEASE WAIT FOR THE FULL REFUND. In the worst case, you would've had to send these statements at Vinted to sort things out if the money would've been "lost in transit" as it happened in other prior cases (as I've proved it to you). I told you this 200$ I will keep it as a deposit to motivate you do that in case it is needed, and then (or if not needed) give it back to you.... You said "DEAL". Next day you went this route of "badnitism" to get it by force (FOR EVERYONE CURIOUS PLEASE READ OUR PRIVATE CHATS AND NOT WHAT ME OR HIM OR THE ADMIN OR ANYONE ELSE CLAIMS). Congrats. You lost 200$.
AGAIN EXTORTION SHOULD NOT BE ENCOURAGED, it does not matter it comes from a reputable seller, a friend in the administration or a small customers.

If that was the case and the account was in the name of someone close to you, there shouldn’t be any problem with getting the money back or checking the transaction history either. I haven’t read your private conversations, but I don’t think that should matter at all. What matters is that the customer didn’t get a refund, and it seems that this went on for quite a long time. And I’m talking only about the case involving Pink. I don’t know the other customer’s case, and I really don’t have time to delve into things like this. I’m only looking at it superficially, and the situation seems simple: the customer didn’t get a refund for quite a long time and eventually got upset.

"I got all the bank's balance back. You can't check the history of a closed Banca Transilvania account, not even their staff can" even if that's the true I think problem is still on you, because you closed the account too fast. You could wait like 1 month after last transaction, because refund could happen. Especially when ordering from Vinted. They have probably some refund policy e.g. if someone buy dress or bra in wrong size and want to return. In general refunds can happen, so waiting for some time before closing proxy account could prevent this.

The bank closed it and I never claimed that's Pinks fault. His fault is that he didn't due due-diligence for what and from where he bought, paying iresponsibly, even if he had the control over that. I provide this service for free, I also had my money locked because of this, and I didn't ask for fees to handle the situation; he could've at least wait for these statemens so I can fully refund him, or in the worst case to go to Vinted to sort this out if needed. What's so unreasonable about it considering we had a record together and we trusted eachother (and I gave him enough proof anyway)?

You shouldn't argue that you provide service for free. If your service is really free then it should be handled for free end to end. Or update terms that service is free unless there are complications and if there are complications you charge 200$ to solve them.
There is no such thing as paying not responsibly. Order could fail for several reasons. Refunds are something normal in online shopping.

That's what it was in this case as well. Please look over our entire private chat (it's not long) as I didn't ask for 200$ because this was a complication.

I agree. But this was not the case. I did process a dozen of those for Pink as well.
> There is no such thing as paying not responsibly.
It is especially when you do p2p trades with other people. One message to the seller prior to paying him blindly and this entire thing could've been avoided.

After a ton of drama, where TheAC has publicly & for multiple times claimed that "once the bank statements were received, a full refund would be issued immediately if my amount was confirmed" — confirming my amount and refusing to refund is a clear malevolent acting. Besides, it can be viewn as a breach of contract.
Turns out, I was right from the very beginning: my money was among those $4,000 recovered, and my proof for the refund was perfectly valid. I'm once again frustrated by hysterical changes of promises, and find TheAC a dangerous actor to keep on a marketplace operating on the basis of contracts & agreements. Hopefully, he will get an account-wide warning before he 𝗌̶𝖼̶𝖺̶𝗆̶𝗌̶ notrefunds money someone else. I won't leave more comments on this topic.

You were the one who started all this drama for nothing. And still the one who makes more of it, because of it. Also you're the one who breached our contract in the first place doing this to get the 200$ by force against our agreement. Out of everything you should assume this at least. I recovered about 4000 EUR and no USD from the RON+EUR+GBP+USD accounts. Everything else I had to say I already said.

Give me wallet in private to send you the rest of 200$. I hope I won't regret this like I regretted it with Sammy. Anyway I'm terribly disappointed by how the XmrBazaar staff handled this especially in the Sammy's case. It's very clear to me that extortion and manipulation is very well encouraged on this platform...

If you feel I have to apologize for something I will, you get fixed what you believe it should be fixed on your side as well. Let's make peace, shake hands and end this with me sending the rest of the money. I really doubt all of this drama was necessary anyway for things to get fixed but what's done is done now. We can do things better moving forward.

Please note that we do not and cannot remove or modify customer reviews! The person who left the review can always change or modify it themselves.
Please negotiate directly with your trading partner, as they can choose to edit or remove their own review at any time if you reach an agreement (for example, following a refund).

I’ve traded with this vendor (aka_TheAC ) numerous times and I can say with confidence — he is one of the most principled people I’ve dealt with on this platform. Every transaction was handled correctly, and whenever anything complicated came up, he always did the right thing without being asked. We’ve built enough trust over time that we now trade directly.
These accusations don’t match anything I’ve personally experienced. If he says refunds were handled, I have zero doubt about that. The proof is in the private messages — did the moderators actually review them carefully before flagging the listing?
XMR Bazaar should be focusing its energy on the flood of repeat scammers opening new accounts daily. That’s the real problem here. Vendors like this one are exactly why the platform works at all.

Evidence has been reviewed. You should review this thread yourself. aka_TheAC has never denied that he failed to fully refund customers in the cases discussed. He claims partial refunds were warranted in certain situations.
They are not.
If a fee is not clearly stated in the listing, withholding funds is never acceptable. That is why the listing received a formal warning.
Due to his established record (including positive experiences like yours) and the absence of clear scam intent, he has not been banned. Any other user found (partially) retaining customer funds under the same circumstances would have been likely banned and/or labelled as scam.

Just went and cleared "bloat" from the thread, but the best thing for anyone interested anyway is my private chats with the involved parties.
MULTIPLE CASES?
There is no refund in the Sammy's case. Otherwise I doubt the review and I would like you to point out what refund you are talking about and what for.
CypherPink CORRECT CONDITION
That leaves the Pink's case. He lies about me asking for a fee for this refund (and other lies). You put an warning on my post about how I took fees to refund him, confirming his lie, AFTER I publicly stated that when I get this refund (proof/whatever) I won't refund him unless that's fixed.

FOR THE LAST TIME, THIS WAS NOT A REFUND
======================================
"Refund" is not the term. He did not buy anything. He wasn't responsible and locked the money right until an unlucky moment. While there was nothing I could do to prevent this bank account from being closed. I ONLY ASKED HIM TO BE REASONABLE TO WAIT FOR A FULL REFUND based on the proofs I gave him.
...I'm wandering what have you reviewed (no offense, I know this is quite resource taking even for me)
THE RIGHT CONDITION
===================
Despite everything (and the loss I had to suffer because of it), now that I have it I cannot refund him (what he asked me to keep, and what I told him I will ONLY temporarily hold as a security deposit), UNLESS what it was proven to be a lie WILL BE FIXED + if you do something to prevent him lying on my profile afterwards on the same topic.
YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH TERRORISTS
==============================
We are here because I responded to his threats. If I would've waited to fully refund him when I actually got it, he wouldn't do things like these taking the chance to lose it all. And after I would've refunded him fully, he wouldn't have a reason to do this. LESSON LEARNED.
WHY IS HE NOT PENALIZED
======================
How is he trusted to be a mediator after all of this? The fact he portraits this "helping people with the Bible" or "I donate everything to humanity causes" makes it even more problematic. Everything, this included makes me feel you guys have some kind of relationship.

After I will refund him, I request a fee for the trouble/time he gave me with this false review and report. THIS HE KNEW ABOUT.

IS YOUR WARNING NECESSARY?
...now that I have this disclaimer right in the beginning of my post
UPDATE 2026-10-26
1️⃣ RISK: You assume the responsibility the website/seller you buy from is giving you a good product, has it in stock, picking it up, delays, etc. So please do your due-diligence first.
2️⃣ REFUNDS: If you MUST get a refund from the seller/store you bought from, even if it costs me extra time I will refund you ONLY IF I ACTUALLY GET THAT REFUND REGISTERED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. If it gets complicated like lost/delayed in transit or if the bank I use gets closed in the meanwhile and makes it a mess to sort this out, PLEASE don't expect me to support extra costs and time to solve things (especially fast, and especially if it was caused by your lack of due-diligence when you made the payment); and PLEASE don't expect me to refund you from my own pocket. Again, it is ONLY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make a good purchase, NOT MINE. I do take enough risk doing these payments; costs me a lot of time as well; that's too much already for providing this free service.
