This user (Horacio) went through quite some lengths to convince me to pay him money IN ADVANCE of any services rendered. Likely tried to scam me. The story was 'I travel to you to do an exchange, but please pay half my travel costs in advance..'.

P.S. There should be a warning, somewhere visible, against travel money scam schemes.
Would also be helpful to have a pictured guide on how to trade gift cards reasonably safely.
Instead of the current goings of scammers, mainly on burner accounts, approaching people in private messages, demanding the other side to go first.

I have done multiple trades with cypherpink (https://xmrbazaar.com/user/cypherpink/) and for every single trade, I have received the order as was requested. Great Seller.

Please don't spoil the reputation of a trader who makes this platform worth the value that XmrBazaar has to offer. If there is any disagreement, it's better to resolve between the traders and the buyers rather than labelling the trader as a scammer.

I personally label the trader as authentic and valuable to this platform. I have completed multiple successful trades and every single trade turned out to be awesome.

XmrBazaar is strictly a P2P board and never a part of any deals.
Read the ToS: XmrBazaar does not hold funds, take custody of any amount, act as escrow, or intervene in private transactions.

Withholding fees not agreed in advance from the purchase amount is never legitimate.
Your listing currently states “I don’t take fees” (https://xmrbazaar.com/listing/ndXN/). Until you fully refund all affected customers, this is zero-fee false advertising. After full refunds you are free to update your terms to state that you charge a fee if you must handle a refund/return, or to clearly warn that you do not handle refunds/returns. Only then is such a fee legitimate for all future customers. Right now it is not.

You must fully refund your customers. Until then a False Ad warning will be placed on this listing.

Reviews and private dispute narratives are between users. Platform action is limited to enforcing clear listing and advertising rules. No further involvement in the deal.

I have too, mainly purchased telegram accounts using different aliases here on xmrbaazar. I am simply sharing my experience with the seller not spoiling his reputation, to reiterate he used the phone number linked to the account i purchased from him to request 2FA password resets and on the third attempt he successfully compromised the account which was rightfully mine, I had terminated all sessions when I purchased the account and received the tdata, he had no right to essentially hack my account and steal it back. I had purchased telegram premium, an NFT, and had private messages on this account.

I am sharing this on the thread in case other buyers have similar experiences. Again not spoiling his reputation, but on my book he is a scammer and a thief.

FYI: https://xmrbazaar.com/user/Giftcardtopxxmr/ is a scammer. He was listing a "All gift cards for XMR" trade (removed by now, after I had contact with him over the last couple of days) and scammed me out of the XMR for a 50€ gift card.

He won't complete the 50€ trade "unless I send him another 50€ worth of Amazon GCs", because apparently otherwise he wouldn't be able to withdraw his money. Classic scam-scheme. I've set him a deadline for his him to send the XMR that he owes me for the open trade, which he saw but failed to deliver, hence the report.

I did handle all the refunds or returns that I encountered. In addition I currently don't take fees, and I never took any fee to handle a refund, and I NEVER EVER asked for a fee in case of refund no matter how complicated the case was (especially if those were the terms clearly stated in the beginning). I sent you all the private discussions that is a proof of that. Did you bother to take a good look of them before putting a mark on my listing?

What refund I have to refund Sammy? I received 1 refund, one I didn't claim, I paid him both refunds. For both I paid him 50% more because I refunded him in XMR even if we traded in dollars. That covered half if not more than this 50$

This 50$ is one product he did not picked up that was sent back to the store, I emailed the store 2 times to resend the package but they are slow to reply...

Because he failed to pick up the package he now wants me to refund him rather than waiting for the website to resend it? Did you at least look over the case to see he makes false claims about him losing 50$ or he saying I don't want to help him and etc just so he can force me to do what he wants or to force me do things outside our terms. Did you look over the data before making assumptions?

...not even sure if he wants a refund or the package to be redelivered, but if he wants a refund instead at least he has some decency about it to not reveal it.

I never took fees to handle refunds, and I never plan to, and I did refund everyone.

If I didn’t yet, is because I didn’t get yet a refund, but that’s not definitive. There is proof of the entire thing. Despite that proof the man who "donates for humanity causes and helps people with the Bible" is lying, extorts me, and his reputation does not suffer even a bit, but actually gets what he wants.. While I have to pay close to 1000$ from my pocket and get his false review on my profile and now a false claim warning from the administration.

Do I have to pay someone as well to deeply and carefully look over the proofs instead of taking the claims for granted? Where can I report you for your conclusion if I want to?

EXTORTION SHOULD NOT BE ENCOURAGED. I also have to paleblueearth.com and asked them (for when they will see the email), TO NOT reship the Sammy's product. I cannot comply with anything until the lies about me and the false claim on my listing will not get fixed.

I think the main problem here is that you used a 3rd-party bank account. By using a 3rd-party bank account, you’re moving the money onto very uncertain ground, because such an account can always be blocked and the money in it frozen, and you may never get it back. A friend told me this. If you want to do something like this, you should include this risk in your costs, meaning you should charge a fee for your service. If it’s true that they froze 4k USD, you should be happy if you got back even half of it. By running your service as a charity without charging fees, you’re automatically doomed to losses, and you probably learned this the hard way now...

1000%. Helping him despite his review in which he lies I refused to... And then continuing to work on his issue (against our first agreement) AFTER he did that review. Then he does a report with more lies about abuse and etc, report after which I publicly stated that I won't work on his case until his review is updated to reflect the truth (check our private chats)... Then I get a warning from the admin that I should refund him when this case has nothing to do with any refund (which he would've known if he would've looked over the case)

What the admin should've did, was to look into the case, SEE THE REPORT AND THE REVIEW IS 100% FALSE. Remove it on the proof that exists. I still worked on his case despite that never happen and IT WAS WRONG TO DO SO. If marking my listing, banning me etc seems the right way to go, XmrBazaar should not be a place for me to be part of then.

THIS IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN YOUR CASE, and you don't know or verified anything about it, so you should not give your opinion anyway (especially you).

nobswebdev The bank account in the Pink's case was of someone close enough to me (I can prove that but I don't think I want to). I mean who would even hold these amounts in accounts they don't trust anyway? I did get the entire sum on the balance back, only that I didn't keep track of how much was in there exactly to know if Pink's refund was among it. I never refused to refund him, I only told him to wait for me to get this money back or the proof I have it (check our private chats and not what he claims PLEASE)

But I'm trying for 2 months to move to 3rd party bank accounts (accounts of people I don't know or trust) going forward.
