EDIT:

xmrbazaar.com/listing/dbkQ/ "14 BTC WALLET"
apparently it can easily be cracked but apparently he can use XmrBazaar but not a password-trying script. lmao. offers to do escrow on another site, but not here. SCAM CENTRAL. I hate that shit like this pushes legit listings out of the boost section.

Honestly these types of listings should be banned as there is no way to prove that the wallet even has money in it anyway, and it's an inherent and obvious scam.

Reporting TheAC (https://xmrbazaar.com/user/aka_TheAC)
Order: #6den
Date: July 31, 2026.

TL;DR: I paid TheAC $855 for a purchase. Payment failed & money returned to his account. He said he won't refund me unless I paid him extra, because “it's not his responsibility”. Having coped with the barrage of insults & pressure from him, a month and a half later, I managed to convince him to refund at least $655 — he kept $200 as a "fee". Avoid any business with TheAC.

FULL STORY
(I have all the screenshots & proofs to support it.)

I used TheAC's proxy paying service to buy something on Vinted. I paid him in crypto, and he paid €767.19 (~$855) in fiat. The payment went through a bank account registered in another person's name, which I was not told about upfront. The Vinted seller didn't ship, the order was cancelled, and Vinted refunded the money.

Then TheAC claimed that the bank account got closed. He said he had recovered around $4,000 from it, but my money "probably" wasn't among it. I obtained an official confirmation from Vinted that the €767.19 was successfully refunded to his account. He dismissed it and insisted on waiting for bank statements, which a third person had to collect in person. That turned into 1.5 months of "not yet".

In his words, getting my own money back was my problem, not his: “you say refunds are my responsability but I think it's not”, “It's your fault you paid for a product it was not available” and “is not my fucking fault” are direct citations. He also has claimed refunding this will cost extra, since he “doesn't work for free”.

He also made it clear he only bothered with the statements because he needed them himself: “you're lucky I don't need these statements for you only... :))”, “otherwise there would not be any way in the world I would've paid for these”.

When I said I might raise the issue on XmrBazaar, he threatened me: “If you gonna do any sort of harm to me, you won't see any assitence from me to get this back, no statements, no notihng! so be careful what you're doing next, and what you are saying”. Also: “I won't release it without the fee even if I get banned from XmrBazaar”, and “if it escalets, I will increase the fee for the trouble you make me”.

There were also lots of harsh insults and mockery: “after all the time and money I had to spend becauseo of your shit”, “your attitude is discusting.”, “if you just stop being a bich about a mistake you made”, “I just feel you can't wait to get this money and then fuck off with me”, “Let's see if you really are this chirstian type whatever you portray yourself”, “I do not have time for this shit anymore”, and much more.

Now, coming to the "fee". He announced: “I won't release it without a 200$ fee for the money I had to pay and for the time I had to waste”. (He said himself he'd never have paid for the statements if he didn't need them for his own purposes — I don't see how I am responsible for paying for them now).

After 1.5 months of delays, threats and insults, I've agreed on the 200$ fee solely to secure at least part of my money. I told him that if this went public, I would demand the full amount. His answer: “You can escalate anywhere you want”.

So, he then sent $655 instead of $855. (As in Sammy's case, he claimed he paid it “from his own pocket”.)

I strongly believe that holding my money (which I have proofs for), but refusing to refund (based to speculations — without any proofs), while insulting me rudely and constantly putting off the decision until later is a scam. I am unconvinced by TheAC's arguments; he gave me no evidence the whole story isn't just made up. I want to warn other XmrBazaar users about this, because, as one of my friends put it, it's a P2P market solely based on public accurate feedback.

Even if he actually planned to refund later, my experience doesn't lose its key traits: blackmail, insults, threats, manipulations, attempts to pay for silence (or, more specifically, refund me for silence), holding my money hostage for 1.5 months.

Now, to be transparent: we also have had an agreement, that if the bank statements show the refund never reached his account, I will help him recover these 655$ I've received. I stand by that promise.

That said, I already have strong evidence of where the money is. (Earlier, we discussed exactly this scenario: TheAC explained to me that if a refund is sent to an account that's already closed, it fails and goes back to the sender (Vinted), and claimed that this is what happened to other people he worked with. That's not what happened here — Vinted officially confirmed that the €767.19 refund was successfully delivered to his bank account, with a payment reference number. So by his own logic, the money reached his account, and he is the one holding it among the recovered 4000$.) Until he shows otherwise, I consider the full amount to be in his hands. I want to also make it clear that I will accept only the original bank PDF covering the refund date, showing the Vinted reference number.

Since this was already constantly postponed, I must set up clear deadline to this deal. I demand either TheAC refunding the remaining 200$ during one week, or him being banned on the XmrBazaar.

aka_TheAC's mediator credentials are revoked pending disproof of the reported conduct: the described actions are incompatible with a position of trust.

Withholding fees not agreed in advance from the purchase amount is never legitimate. A proxy-shopping service requires either completion of the purchase or a full refund, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Any issues arising on the proxy’s side are the proxy’s responsibility, not the buyer’s.

aka_TheAC, you have 48 hours to respond and issue a full refund to the buyer.

I do not have ANY TIME to take care of this right now: discussing. proofs, etc. I have put my listing on "not available" since the end of June or so because I DO NOT HAVE ANY TIME. All I can do is upload the chat we had for the last month (as what's older than that got auto deleted and I was not smart enough to save it).

A truly manipulative TL;DR (and review overall). I made a dozen of payments for him (large amounts) and processed dozen of refunds ALL FOR FREE. He made an irresponsible payment, that lead to a refund right when the bank account used for that payment got closed (sent him proof of that). Also sent him proof that a former refund to a closed account lead to money "lost in transit" for 4 months (that I recovered somewhat yesterday). I know that on 28th of August when the bank account got closed (I used it until the last minute) his refund was not registered to the bank (but I can't prove that yet). All I can prove is a former refund from Revolut to a closed/limited PayPal account that took 4 month to be reissued to me even if it never was sent back to Revolut. Which means the Vinted proof of refund (like the Revolut one I have) does not mean ANYTHING unless I'm actually in the possession of the money. Especially that I contacted the bank that day and they told me if the refund wasn't registered to my account until it got closed, it won't be afterwards.

ALL HE HAD TO DO is to be responsible to do his due diligence to do a good purchase (like contact the seller before blindly paying, etc), and the product would've been in his hands right now, like it always happened when he used my service. He says it's not his fault and IT DRIVES ME INSANE he puts it like it is somehow mine. ⛔️ I NEVER EVER EVER ASKED HIM OR ANYBODY TO PAY ME A FEE FOR A REFUND ⛔️. That was only 5 minutes of anger from our last discussion, after which I made it INSANELY CLEAR that I DO WANT HIM TO GET THE ENTIRE SUM BACK.

➕ THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS BLACKMAILED OR PRESSURED ALL THIS TIME WAS ME! All the "insults" I addressed him for it are in his review (out of context and manipulative), there is nothing more to it. I never EVER EVER EVER said I hate him or something to resable that, that's a pure lie.

✅ To be able to refund him, I need a proof (bank statements) that the money was registered to me. If it was not, I need to get it somehow first. And I wasn't able to get it sorted to this day. I need to invest more time and money into it to get it faster. I DID OFFER HIM THE CARD TO PAY LIKE ALWAYS. THE PAYMENT WAS REGISTERED LIKE ALWAYS. I PROVIDED THIS SERVICE FOR FREE LIKE ALWAYS. WHY DO I HAVE TO SUPPORT CONSEQUENCES FOR IT'S INCOMPETENCE?
Rather than waiting for me to recover this refund he said he wants 650$ now and for me to keep 200$. I did sent him 650$ and kept the 200$ as a deposit to motivate him to help me get the other 650$ back when the time comes if it proves it's not at me yet. I DO REGRET I SENT HIM THE 650$.

🤚 All he now had to do is wait for me to get the money (or proof I have it). If he was incompetent, that's the price he has to pay. IT'S NOT RIGHT FOR ME TO SUFFER FOR IT. I DO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE FOR FREE! If you want to ban me from the platform, or put me with question mark feel free to do so because I WILL BE FRANK RIGHT THIS VERY MOMENT, EVEN IF I GET THIS MONEY, OR PROOF THAT THE MONEY IS WITH ME, I WON'T REFUND HIM THE 200$ FOR ALL THE TROUBLE HE PUT ME IN, AND THE TIME I HAD TO WASTE AND THE MONEY I HAD TO LOSE BECAUSE OF IT (unless I calm down again and change my mind in the meanwhile)

Since the incident, this is the disclaimer I told this to people before they do a purchase with me.
DISCLAIMER
It is you're responsibility the website/seller you buy from is giving you a good product and has it on stock, so please do your due diligence first. If you have to get a refund for whatever reason, even if it costs me extra time as long as I get the refund back I will help you redo the purchase, but if it gets complicated (lost/delayed in transit) or if the bank I use gets closed in the meanwhile and makes it a mess to get things sort it out PLEASE don't expect me to support extra costs and time to solve your refund (especially time as I don't have any). Again, it is ONLY you're responsibility to make a good purchase, not mine. I do take enough risk for providing this free service anyway.

💬 Our chat from the last month. I used Tim Vise Mozilla send instance "send.cyberjake.xyz" (https://github.com/timvisee/send-instances/). The recording will stay up for 30 days.
https://send.cyberjake.xyz/download/14c50a7766d5452e/#1oG4_MMuSxZNl3Sj1hqMeA
🙏 PLEASE read carefully that chat and what I state in this post. Then you can see for yourself HOW DISTORTED AND MANIPULATIVE his post really is.
⚠️ I be cautious trusting him altogether. All that Bible stuff and "donations for causes" seem social engineering considering his true personality: blackmail, manipulation, revenge, extortion, lying, etc.
➕ When the bank account got closed, I sent him proof at the end of august. If he wants more proof he can go to Vinted and ask what bank was behind I gave him the card to pay. I can also ask the bank if that card was associated with this bank. That can be done.
➕ In mid of September the owner of the account went to the bank, recovered the the money in it, and asked for all the statements for 3 months to be sent over email. The bank called one week later and said the satements are ready to be picked up in person at the bank. The owner called 2 times and requested them to be sent over email but they never did. It's out of my control for now when this person can go again to the bank to get the statements in person (but it should not take THAT long either). All I can do is send them an email asking about this situation and why they never sent this over email in the first place. That is enough proof to back this up I think.
❗️Until I can get my had on these statements and/or money, I request Pink send the 655$ to escrow.

The claim that the buyer “made an irresponsible payment” does not apply: in a proxy-shopping transaction the buyer pays the shopper in XMR and provides the product link; the shopper handles the fiat order side. Responsibility for the outcome of the fiat order rests with the proxy-shopper.
Given the “out of context” claim, @cypherpink and @aka_TheAC must submit all relevant chat logs and evidence (personal details such as bank account numbers or addresses redacted!).

Withholding fees not agreed in advance from the purchase amount is never legitimate. A proxy-shopping service requires either delivery of the item or a full refund unless different terms were agreed beforehand.

Uploaded the chat in my last post.

I don't really care what an usual proxy payment service is. I only provided him the card to pay with and he took care of everything else: research, due diligence, availability check, if the seller is trusted or not. That's what my service is. Past that is not my responsibility. Every refund I ever got I paid back (sometimes more than I was payed) or redid the purchase. For him included. And I did handle big amounts and refunds for him prior as well.

This was a complicated situation and I am out of time. All I asked from him is TO WAIT because I should not suffer in life because he was not capable to do a purchase the right way. I should not be forced to get my life messed up, suffer losing money or other stuff because of that, having to pay extra because of his incompetence. I did not ask a fee to refund him, all I asked is for him to wait until I can get this sorted out no matter how long it will take. That's what he gets from my free service in this delicate situation.

I did in the end refunded him 650$ from my own pocket and kept 200$ as a deposit at his request (numbers came out of anger in response to his threats which are understandable I guess but still).... And then he went this route... I'm sorry but I I'm the only one who had to suffer because of this and is not right. I now request compensation for it.

I confirm what TheAC's video shows. Chat transcript clearly displays his hostile tone and the absence of any malice / pressure / manipulation on my part, so there is nothing for me to contest. (If the administration still needs me to record the same conversation from my end for any reason, I can also do that.)

Here's the refund receipt from Vinted: https://files.egali.top/r/eacvmHQp#gmxFU4oqtHtk0JtWxwsOEOTfUYVK+r/YqyT5Kt6aBVI=

Our chat shows the pressure came from you all along. Your malice / manipulation / distortion is in your review/report and not our chat and never claimed otherwise. Our chat clearly shows I didn't hold your money hostage because you didn't want to pay me a fee, and you built your entire report/review on that and how I made fun of you, and like I'm the one who triggered the refund and then steal your money and scamming you whatever. ✅ When all I did because of dedicate situation was to ask you to wait (at least you could've done for messing this up), considering you say this is not your fault then as a result I don't see how it is mine either. ✅

Can you also confirm I did offer you the card and you paid without doing your part like verifying if the seller is available, if he has the product available, if he is willing to trade with you etc, considering you didn't buy from a store and from a person? ...which lead to the money being locked for a month until this refund was issued?

Can you also please confirm I sent you the proof this bank was to get closed 1 day after your refund was issued from Vinted?

Can you please also confirm I did dozen of orders and processed you dozen of refunds of similar amounts prior?

Can yo also share more proof on the ongoing spam, especially the one about me hating you so much? Me asking how you don't have any decency to distort this the way when I saw your review last night, or this morning when I saw the lies about me spamming how I'm hating you so much; because that I don't consider spam. The picture you posted does not prove anything.

Very common you have a story for why you need a refund for 3-4 weeks after I do you a payment by the way.

Anyway, can you please also share our prior discussions on SimpleX if you have them, from August?

I think the Admin is very wrong to quickly take a side on this issue. Whilst you have mentioned how proxy payments work, in this case, it seems different, why? Because as far as I can tell, AkatheAC didnt ask for a link to pay for cypherpinks item, he gave cypherpink the means for which to pay, and cypherpink made payment himself. And Cypherpinks image doesn't prove anything, from just looking at the bare facts, he probably is the one with an issue here.

This is clearly not a scam case: both parties have a long-standing reputation for successful transactions, including with each other. Had the Vinted order not been cancelled by a third party and refunded (an event that may have contributed to the subsequent bank-account closure), the transaction would have completed as a legitimate order. There is no evidence of fraudulent intent.

This was not a standard proxy-shopping transaction in which the shopper receives XMR, is given a product link, and fully controls the fiat payment, all accounts, and can deal with any subsequent issues. Here the buyer entered the payment credentials himself on his own marketplace account using a card provided by @aka_TheAC. Describing the transaction simply as “I paid for a purchase” is therefore misleading: unlike ordinary proxy arrangements (where the shopper controls all accounts and bears the corresponding responsibility), this arrangement involved multiple independent third parties: the Vinted marketplace, the Vinted seller, the bank, and a separate account holder who is not @aka_TheAC. The claim that the buyer “was not told about” the account being registered in another person’s name cannot be accurate: @cypherpink entered the payment details himself and would have seen the account-holder name. Given prior dealings between the parties, failure to notice that the name differed is not credible.

Using another person’s card credentials on a marketplace account that does not belong to the cardholder substantially increases the risk of triggering bank or platform security measures, payment rejection, or refund complications. By proceeding under this arrangement, all parties accepted that elevated risk and were required to agree in advance how any resulting complications would be handled -- which they failed to do. Because multiple third parties were involved, it is not possible to isolate a single cause among the order cancellation, the bank-account closure, and related events. The original deal was genuine. There is therefore no scam on the part of @aka_TheAC.

Charging a fee for extra work is legitimate, BUT only when disclosed and agreed in advance (for example in the listing). It cannot be imposed after the fact. On a P2P market, parties must agree beforehand how third-party failures (delivery issues, manufacturer's defects, refund complications, etc.) will be handled if additional costs or time are to be charged. Withholding fees not agreed in advance from the purchase amount is never legitimate.

@aka_TheAC’s mediator credentials will be restored once the remaining amount is refunded to @cypherpink.

YOU SHOULD BE PAID TO DO QUALITY WORK
=====================================
I stand by the fact that you should be paid for reviewing cases like this, either from the one who raises the dispute or from the one who is guilty or from both (I don't know). Because cases like these are complicated and take time to fully grasp to make a decision. And without some financial rewards you can't afford to do a good job. Which I don't think you did in this case Admin.

I did not claim the bank account closure is his fault... "I now sit and think again I can't believe how much time has costed me and fire raises in me that makes me brake the screen because I should have not be forced to deal with this"..

HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE WHEN HE MADE THE PAYMENT. Do you understand that? Do you understand he paid a dude without asking if he is still selling, if he still has the product, etc? Should that be my responsibility? I have to also hold his hand when it goes to the bathroom? Otherwise he would've had what he bought and I successfully paid for him.
...At least that's what Pink said. No idea why this took 1 month to refund as he had stories like these pretty often. Based on what the claims, HE FUCKED UP, wasting my time, keeping my money locked and forcing me to deal with all of this.

Now, this was an unlucky incident the bank I used got closed right about his refund. Not his fault there, not mine either. Is not like I was using this bank maliciously and the fact I was using someone else's bank is irrelevant. If someone ever asked me I told them upfront + the level of trust or closeness I have in the person who lets me use it.

WHAT MATTER IS THAT HE FUCKED UP. And I did not ask for a fee to refund him, nor I refused to or whatever distorted facts he presented. HE FUCKED UP. If he would've been responsible we would not have to discuss here right now. He fucked up and now I have to deal with his mistake. All he had to do is at least wait for it to be fixed even if this takes a bit. I didn't ask for anything else. He made this mistake, I now have to deal with this problem that is quite resource taking, and he has demands and terms and threats and special requests and escalations. And I had to waste a bunch of time I didn't afford, which made me lose money indirectly and others because of it. And THIS UPSETS ME BADLY.

He didn't want to wait no more, I sent him 650$ and kept 200$ deposit at his request to calm him down with the agreement that this will be solved without nobody losing anything. And now not only I had to deal with this, but I now had to deal with a dispute he made and to try to clear all this false story he presented about the situation THAT HE DID TO FORCE ME SEND THIS MONEY TO HIM because HE DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSABILTY. I NEVER EVER ASKED A FEE TO DEAL WITH HIS MISTAKE. His attitude is disgusting. I can't even find my words to picture this.

I lost almost the entire day with this. WHY. PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I have to pay like this for someone else's mistake? So in the end Pink gets all his money back, (even faster apparently) for the mistake he made and I'm left with more problems and time&money debt, or even actual possible 655$ loss, and reputation affected. Why in the end I'm the one who still pays the price for his mistake?

I warned him 2 days ago as a response to his threats that if he harms me or makes me lose more than I had to, FOR HIS MISTAKE, I will then keep a fee. If XmrBazaar is not able to make him responsible at all for his actions than I guess I have to be a vigilante about it. I STILL REQUEST THE 655$ TO BE SENT AT XmrBazaar UNTIL THIS GETS CLEARED.
