* Works for non USD payments (like €). Rewarble says a FX fee to up 3% might be charged but I've tested with RON, with & without GooglePay, online, in stores, gas stations, etc and it didnt'.
* Supports 3DS Secure Payments (even if Rewarble say it does not), but probably not everywhere.

If you chose to create a new card, you are free to put whatever address you want. But the address on the cards I created is of U.S Delware, so the Delware VAT tax rules apply. For example you won't have to pay VAT taxes on digital services: X, YouTube, Netflix, Onlyfans, etc.
