The end result of the trade was that the product was not shipped, Denis kept the fees anyways, and I was refunded a virtual debit card. In effect, I messaged back and fourth for four days to buy a virtual debit card at a 9% commission rate. I just ended up buying the part in-person for cash for almost twice the price.
Denis started the conversion relatively quickly, took the needed information, and waited until the following day to place the order, or at least send a purchase order screenshot. According to Denis, the vendor apparently required KYC / government ID, which neither of us desired to do. The vendor then fully refunded the order, and Denis insisted on keeping the fees. This admittedly is laid out at the bottom of the listing, but doesn't detract from the fact that the practice is customer-unfriendly. Denis gave me the option of receiving the partial refund in a virtual debit card or XMR, where the value of the XMR was ~3% less than the card at the time.

First he says I took quite some time to answer, that's not true because he wasn't the one to message me, I messaged him first (proof: https://files.catbox.moe/a19n6w.png - above it says fetching more messages but there isn't any more messages before this, and as you can see, after he messaged I answered him in 8 minutes)
After, he says I couldn't complete his order, is also false. I purchased his item in partsgeek.com with exactly the data he asked me to put, including first and last name as "Current Resident", purchase was successful and I sent him screenshot of completed order message. On the next day, I receive an e-mail from the shop saying they require KYC of the customer, as they found suspect the name "Current Resident", I asked it to customer but customer refused to do KYC. (I can send our chat video as proof in SimpleX with all proofs of what I am saying)
Just remembering as I say in my listing description, I just do the purchase, customer should do his own research about marketplaces he will purchase, I can't guarantee other vendor fulfillment. He said to me he didn't had any experience with that website.
Then, he says I "insisted" to refund him with virtual card, that is also not true. He gave him two options and he clearly opted for virtual card refund. He asked for refund, so I asked for refund to store to do so and they did. Refund was made to my virtual card and balance of card was 320$ but his purchase was just $312,74, so he was getting refund with a bit extra getting the card, but I gave both options and he choosed for the virtual card. Remembering, as it says in my listing terms, when a customer wants a refund, only the product, shipping and tax costs are refunded, my work was done so I should keep my fee. Also he says he paid a 9% commission it just proofs he has no idea what he's saying because on the moment of out trade my fee for proxy shopping was 6% instead of 9% (as it is today). I love XMR Bazaar review system, it just works. But we can't tolerate the abuse and unfair use of this tool.
I hope it clarifies this situation, I work every day to provide best service as possible for my customers at fair prices, but this kind of situations of bad intention from customer is very sad. Please if any of you want proofs, send me SimpleX invite so I can send chat history as proof.
